Assad regime reportedly buried thousands after mass executions; Reports come from US intelligence gathering and human rights groups; USA: We believe that the building of a crematorium is an effort to cover up the extent of mass murders taking place in Sednaya prison.
The Unites States reported on Monday that it has evidence that Syrian President Bashaar al-Assad built a crematorium at a military prison outside of Damascus.
United States President Donald Trump’s Assistant Secretary for Near Eastern Affairs, Stuart Jones, confirmed the evidence from United States intelligence that Assad’s regime has disposed of bodies into mass graves and has built a crematorium. He stated that “Credible sources have believed that many of the bodies have been disposed in mass graves. We now believe that the Syrian regime has installed a crematorium in the Sednaya prison complex which could dispose of detainees’ remains with little evidence.”… read more
Chandan Devi lay on the floor, her shoulder bruised from the blow she had just received. The door shut with a loud bang. Did her husband scream when they dragged him out of his house? We didn’t dare ask. 35-year-old Chandan wipes her tears away with the end of her sari. She is a child of God, mother of four and now, a widow for Jesus’ sake. Welcome to India.
Pastor Aadarsh (40), his wife Chandan and their four children lived in a village in Central India where Naxalite militants are very active. This Maoist group fights for the rights of tribal groups and often views Christians as traitors to their cause and informants of the police. In the last ten years, thousands of Christians have been attacked, beaten-up, kidnapped, raped and killed by these Naxalites.
But it’s the individual, smaller stories that are the most heartbreaking. Aadarsh was a faithful pastor and led 25-30 people from a certain tribe to Christ. All of them were previously animist believers. Chandan describes him as a prayerful person who specifically had a heart for youth. “He encouraged them to not join the Maoists but instead finish their studies to achieve something in life.”… read more
Our prayers go out to Chandan and her family. Lord comfort her, provide for her and her children and let her know you are there with her. Give her strength and courage to continue your will for her life. Lord we pray for restoration and Joy to be overflowing in that family. Let them shine your light upon the people around them. May they see your Glory through them even during this difficult time of mourning. We pray that other Christian people come and provide them, encourage them, and be there for them. In Jesus name Amen!!
Revelation 21:4 GW He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There won’t be any more death. There won’t be any grief, crying, or pain, because the first things have disappeared.”
The family of a man murdered on Facebook Live put their faith into action as they announced their forgiveness of accused killer Steve Stephens.
“The thing that I would take away the most from my father is he taught us about God,” Tonya Godwin Baines told Anderson Cooper. “How to fear God. How to love God. And how to forgive. Each one of us forgives the killer. The murderer.”
Baines is the daughter of Robert Godwin Sr. Together with her siblings, she announced how and why they’ve chosen to forgive Stephens…. read more
Why does it seem like much of America respects Islam’s evil agenda and the LBGTQ agenda but does not respect the church’s righteousness? Could it be that we’ve not been righteous?
It is time to make a change.
There’s a false love that has crept into Western Christianity today that has made the Church limp. This false love has a way of subtly making us feel righteous, but it’s a synthetic righteousness. I’m speaking of this false concept of love as a sentiment of total acceptance, free of the ability to hate, which is one of the most popular rationales for which many believers are abandoning the truth and authority of the Scriptures in this hour….
