A new generation discovers their greater calling.
Anyone who has worked in youth ministry before is familiar with the question, “So how do I know God’s will/hear His voice?”

Very few, though, have heard it while working in a country under Sharia Law or Islamic law (derived from the precepts of Islam). At this camp, the question carries a gravity to it. These Christian teenagers face intense pressure in their day-to-day lives, and spiritual survival depends on the answer.

“The faith of the youth in this country is rather fragile,” a pastor told Open Doors last year. “Everything they face outside the church walls is Islam. Our government has incorporated Islamic values and systems into all its administrative policies.”

The effect on national education has impacted young believers the most…. read more

House Unanimously Votes to Protect Little Girls with Strong Penalties for Female Genital Mutilation

FGM-girlWASHINGTON, D.C. – People who mutilate the genitals of young girls in the name of religion or culture in the U.S. may soon face tough new penalties.

The House of Representatives voted unanimously for the “Stopping Abusive Female Exploitation Act” or SAFE.

The legislation triples the federal penalty for female genital mutilation from five to 15 years in prison and calls on states to implement reporting requirements for this heinous crime.

Rep. Dave Trott, R-Mich., sponsored the bill. Earlier this year three people, including two doctors, were arrested in his state for mutilating the genitals of seven-year-old girls as part of their brand of Islam…. read more

Hope Deferred Makes The Heart Sick

Physical Location Map of Africa, within the entire worldMany believe that Thanksgiving is a uniquely American holiday. Our ministry partner in Ghana, however, has taken this US holiday to the poor and less fortunate by providing clean water, and feeding and clothing children in the rural areas of the nation. Several hundred were served because of your generosity to The Daily Jot. This is a story from our “thanksgiving” table in Ghana in the words of Pastor William Agbeti. It shows just how desperate people can become, how many needs there are to fill, and how the blessing of your donation, whatever the size, to The Daily Jot brings hope to those who often have little hope. It also shows how the Lord directs us to recognize additional needs.

Agbeti wrote: “We went out there with the sole purpose of giving free meals and used clothing to children at a local church, Springs of Life Ministry. It turned out this simple act of love brought to the fore latent challenges in the church and its community. As the FEEDING PROGRAM was announced in church and church members were asked to spread the news and invite needy children and their parents to church, some church members went out of the way to tell invited guests they would be supported with money. As a result, some parents came early and found out there wasn’t going to be any free money. They felt very disappointed, angry and hopeless.

“We had to apologize to them and rebuke those who sent out the wrong information at a meeting after the program. Many parents wanted to know if our MINISTRIES would also consider supporting their wards with school expenses in the sum of $15 per month. Some parents also needed help with jobs. Proverbs 13:12 says: “Hope deferred makes the heart sick, But desire fulfilled is a tree of life.” We were so touched by the plight of the parents, but all the same thankful that the situation revealed some latent challenges in the community, quite unknown to the church. Also, the entire feeding program greatly challenged the local church, Springs of Life Ministry.

“This led to a revelation that many local churches had all along been doing church wrongly, unlike the days of Acts. Desirous of knowing what to do in the circumstances, the leadership of the church asked: “Brethren, what do we do?” We offered to teach the local church how to start a feeding program and solicit help for used clothing, meals and funding for school expenses for the poor in their midst. We know it’s not easy because we have not had it easy, yet we will go ahead to encourage the church to launch out with faith to help its members and the community, and God will also definitely do His part. All these developments, that are hopefully leading to a much better way of doing church at the Springs of Life Ministry, is made possible by the faithful support of donors like you. THANK YOU.”

Ontario Teachers Attend ‘LGGBDTTTIQQAAP’ Sensitivity Training

PJ Media: Gather ’round children! The Canadian Elementary Teachers Federation of Ontario has some super interesting new information for you! First, we’re going to learn a new acronym. Can you say, “LGGBDTTTIQQAAPP?” Let’s try it to the tune of “Old MacDonald!” Everyone sing along! Next, we’ll learn what these letters mean. Are you ready?

Opinion by Prophecy Bible Tracker: I decided not to list the definitions but they can be found here I decided not to list the definitions but they can be found here and believe it or not, the list is missing one. Digisexual is the new designation for people who prefer to have sex with AI robots.

And since ‘Born that way’ is the catch-all justification for every type of perversion, it is therefore reasonable to expect that pedophilia will be given a spiffy new name and added to the list as well.

Credit Barack Obama for letting this genie out of the bottle, but it is Satan who has been busy destroying Biblical marriage from the beginning.

Genesis 2:

And the Lord God said, “It is not good that man should be alone; I will make him a helper comparable to him.” Out of the ground the Lord God formed every beast of the field and every bird of the air, and brought them to Adam to see what he would call them. And whatever Adam called each living creature, that was its name. So Adam gave names to all cattle, to the birds of the air, and to every beast of the field. But for Adam there was not found a helper comparable to him.

And the Lord God caused a deep sleep to fall on Adam, and he slept; and He took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh in its place. Then the rib which the Lord God had taken from man He made into a woman, and He brought her to the man.

And Adam said:

“This is now bone of my bones And flesh of my flesh; She shall be called Woman,
Because she was taken out of Man.”

If the Biblical account of creation and the first marriage can be distorted to born that way, the evil one is free to come up with “LGGBDTTTIQQAAPP?”.

Adam and Eve … born that way.

OPINION BY LHWM: What they are doing is not of God for God is Holy, Peaceful….

The Spirit versus the Flesh
Galatians 5:16 I say then, walk by the Spirit and you will not carry out the desire of the flesh. 17 For the flesh desires what is against the Spirit, and the Spirit desires what is against the flesh; these are opposed to each other, so that you don’t do what you want. 18 But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the law.

19 Now the works of the flesh are obvious: sexual immorality, moral impurity, promiscuity, 20 idolatry, sorcery, hatreds, strife, jealousy, outbursts of anger, selfish ambitions, dissensions, factions, 21 envy, drunkenness, carousing, and anything similar. I tell you about these things in advance—as I told you before—that those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God.

22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faith, 23 gentleness, self-control. Against such things there is no law. 24 Now those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires. 25 Since we live by the Spirit, we must also follow the Spirit. 26 We must not become conceited, provoking one another, envying one another.

GOING AFTER THE CHILDREN! Pray for our children.

Satan is the author of confusion. When we give our whole heart and mind to the Lord we learn that there is only two options in whom we are going to serve. It is very simple but Satan makes everything confusing. Do you have confusing thoughts or words? Where do you think this comes from?

1 Corinthians 14:33 For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace, as in all churches of the saints.

Proverbs 18:21 Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.

Deuteronomy 30:19 I call heaven and earth as witnesses against you today that I have set before you life and death, blessing and curse. Choose life so that you and your descendants may live

‘I’m a Human Being Just Like You’: 21-Year-Old Woman With Down Syndrome Delivers Powerful Rebuke to the UN

Image credit: Stop Discriminating DownA woman with Down syndrome who delivered a stunning speech before the U.N. earlier this year defending her right to live is now back with a powerful open letter that hits back at those who encourage pregnant women who test positive for Down syndrome to abort.

Charlotte Helene Fien reportedly responded to a Tunisian attorney who recently issued comments during a United Nations Human Rights Committee meeting that left critics — herself included — both stunned and frustrated.

The lawyer reportedly said that, while he supports those with disabilities, he believes abortion is a viable means to prevent a life-long “handicap.” He purportedly added, “We can avoid the handicaps and we must do everything we can to avoid them,” Live Action reported…. read more

High School Gives Deceased Homeless Veteran a Military-Style Send Off

High School Funeral for VeteranA Boston high school gave a deceased homeless veteran a military-style send-off after students learned the man died in the streets with no living family members or friends.

After students at Catholic Memorial High School discovered that John T. Fitzmaurice, an Army veteran, would be buried without any of his family and friends present, they worked with a local funeral home and ministry to give him a proper funeral, Fox News reported.

The high school ensured Fitzmaurice had a burial with full military honors and had a full mass in the school chapel in his honor before his burial.

Many students at the school attended or took part in the funeral to pay their respects despite not knowing much about the veteran…. read more

People Have No Hope – Where Does Hope Come From?

2030 agendaThere has been an increase of drugs in America and I am guessing around the world. Satan has not changed his tactic. He still uses the same system to get people to doubt, question and not believe in Jesus. Children are in need of guidance but what kind of guidance are they learning? They are learning about the world and not about the one who can Save them from these lies and deceits. Instead they have a debased mind and act upon what they are being taught. Children laughing when someone is drowning in water, grown adults laughing when an elderly man is need of help and dies and the list goes on of how cold the hearts are becoming. Time is drawing near! Share the Love of Jesus and share His Word!

I (Jennifer) spent many years living in darkness, and was even raised in darkness. The evil caused oppression, depression, anger, out of control emotions, outburst, was constantly lost, and my life was ALWAYS chaotic (what is called drama). No peace, no joy and definitely no freedom. I was always bound to something or someone.

Does your life reflect this at all? Is your heart and mind free from darkness? We hope this sermon will help you mature in the Lord. We pray your heart be receptive in Jesus Name…. more

9-Year-Old Cancer Patient Celebrating ‘Last Christmas’ Sadly Passes Away—But Not Before Receiving a Beautiful Blessing

Photo Credit: Amazing DJ Music/FacebookOn Sunday, Jacob Thompson, the precious 9-year-old from Maine whose dying wish was to receive Christmas cards from strangers near and far, lost his battle with cancer. The family shared the news on the boy’s Facebook page.

“It is with heavy hearts that we share the news of Jacob’s passing with you. On Sunday, November 19th, 2017, at just 9 years old, Jacob passed away peacefully following his 4 year battle with neuroblastoma,” the post read. “Neuroblastoma is a rare cancer that most commonly affects children ages five or younger, and it accounts for 7 out of 10 childhood cancers. Every year, 800 new children are diagnosed with neuroblastoma in the United States alone. It is tragic, and more research and resources are needed to continue fighting for a cure.”

As Faithwire reported earlier this month, Jacob was diagnosed with Stage 4 High Risk Neuroblastoma in February of 2014. The cancer recently spread to his head and hip and treatment was unsuccessful. Jacob’s mother, Michelle Simard, wrote on the family’s GoFundMe page that her son was admitted to the Barbara Bush Children’s Hospital in Maine on October 11 with the understanding that he has very limited time remaining…. read more
