Getting Them Young

In places like Edina, Minnesota, the Left has transformed K-12 schools into indoctrination factories whose overarching purpose is to train students to be reflexively racist and anti-American.

Educators in Edina, a wealthy Minneapolis suburb, don’t even try to conceal their sinister goals. Elementary school students there are subjected to an A-B-C book titled A is for Activist. Among the alphabetized propaganda points are these gems:

“A is for Activist. Are you an Activist?”

“C is for … Creative Counter to Corporate vultures.”

“F is for Feminist.”

“T is for Trans.”

“X is for Malcolm as in Malcolm X.”

When Donald Trump won the election last November, anarchy and partisan bullying paralyzed the high school.

“I felt like the school was descending into mass hysteria,” one student said of the day after the election. Another said Trump’s victory was treated as “the end of the world as we know it.”…. read more

Georgia mom upset about sexual ‘identity definitions’ quiz at school

Photo of the controversial "sexual identity" quiz, given to students at Lithonia Middle School. The DeKalb County School District in Georgia is facing backlash after a “sexual identity” assignment was given to the sixth graders of Lithonia Middle School.

The middle school’s health teacher assigned a quiz that defined 10 “sexual identity” terms, such as gay, lesbian, and transgender. The quiz required the sixth graders to identify and differentiate between various sexual orientations and identities, FOX 5 Atlanta reported.

One mother, Octavia Parks, was particularly shocked when her 12-year-old daughter came home with the assignment.

“Why are they teaching that in school?” Parks said. “What does that have to do with life?”

Parks felt that the material was not appropriate for school, and that her daughter was too young to learn about sexual orientation…. read more

Advocating for Young Victims of Abuse

Jenna Quinn grew up in a loving, supportive Christian home. She vividly remembers asking Jesus into her heart at the age of 7. Her mother taught at a private Christian school, where she and her two sisters also attended. Jenna’s family became friends with another family at the school. The two families did weekend outings, celebrated holidays, and took vacations together. The other father was Jenna’s basketball coach and her best friend’s father. He was also the man who groomed Jenna for sexual abuse.

At the age of 13, this other father sexually assaulted Jenna on a ride home from his house and threatened Jenna not to tell. Jenna was filled with shame, blame, and fear. The other father created ways to be alone with Jenna on car rides, at her home, and at his home. The assaults continued to escalate over the next few years with the other father asking Jenna sexual questions, explaining sex to her, speaking inappropriately, exposing himself, giving her a sex toy, trying to show her pornography, and continuing to corner her, touch her, and have his way with her. She says it was everything but rape. Jenna told him to leave her alone and that she was not interested in him. But all the while, he continued to insinuate that this was good for Jenna and that she could not tell or their lives would be ruined. Once he even told her about a girl he’d heard of who did tell. He said no-one believed her…. read more

Now schools are ditching AD and BC in RE lessons to avoid offending non-Christians… but critics blast the ‘capitulation to political correctness’

Schools across the country have stopped using the terms BC and AD in religious education lessons for fear of offending non-Christians.

The traditional terms BC, Before Christ, and AD, Anno Domini, are being ditched for BCE – Before Common Era, and CE – Common Era.

The new terms still denote the periods before and after the birth of Christ.

Local authority committees drawing up religious education syllabuses say the old terms may upset minorities or non-believers. But critics blasted the move as a ‘capitulation to political correctness’.

Former Archbishop of Canterbury Lord Carey said the rulings by the religious education committees were a ‘great shame’…. read more

Inside Edition/YouTubeA terrifying moment unfolded in North Carolina last week when a brave carnival worker climbed a Ferris wheel in an attempt to save children who were trapped inside of a tilted cart.

The scary ordeal happened on Friday night when two boys, aged 5 and 7, sat terrified inside the Ferris wheel cart. Carnival worker Albert Irwin jumped into action and tried to help the kids out, according to Inside Edition.

“One of them kept saying, ‘I don’t want to die, I don’t want to die,’” Irwin told the outlet after the scary incident. “[I told them], ‘You’re not going to die; I’m here to help you.’”… read more

In the end, the boys, too, were safely taken off the ride, as Irwin’s efforts to turn the cart before he fell helped start the ride back up and bring the kids down to their parents.
