Jack talks about how the signs in the heavens has created an unhealthy interest in signs. Signs were designed by God to warn and prepare and not to be worshipped as if they had more significance.
What do these people expect? They are teaching them that they come from a blob of nothing and they are just a higher animal (evolution). What do you expect from them? They are acting exactly the way they are being taught! Pray for our children! They are lost and where is the church??
Hebrews 11:6 But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.
Evolution has been proven wrong yet they continue to teach this in the public school systems. Ever thought WHY? Evolution says – there is no creator and God’s word says “For thou shalt worship no other god: for the Lord, whose name is Jealous, is a jealous God: (Exodus 34:14)“. This is only going to worse because the bible tells us what is going to happen in the last days.
1 John 5:17 All unrighteousness is sin: and there is a sin not unto death.
Matthew 24:12 And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold.

Ephesians 2:8-9 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.
Psalm 106:10 And he saved them from the hand of him that hated them, and redeemed them from the hand of the enemy.
Psalm 107:13 Then they cried unto the Lord in their trouble, and he saved them out of their distresses.
1 Corinthians 10:33 Even as I please all men in all things, not seeking mine own profit, but the profit of many, that they may be saved.
2 Timothy 1:9 Who hath saved us, and called us with an holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus before the world began,
Titus 3:5 Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost;
Jude 1:5 I will therefore put you in remembrance, though ye once knew this, how that the Lord, having saved the people out of the land of Egypt, afterward destroyed them that believed not.
Why does bible prophecy matter? As a Christian, why should you spend any time studying it? It’s sad to say, but many Christians (including many church leaders) say bible prophecy doesn’t matter. And they say you shouldn’t spend any time studying it. Why? Some of the stated reasons are “Study of bible prophecy is a waste of time” or “it’s a distraction.” Another common criticism is “Bible prophecy so negative!” Negative? How is the return of Jesus to establish everlasting peace on earth with no more death, crying, sorrow, or pain (Revelation 21:4) negative? It’s not. In fact, it’s our blessed hope (Titus 2:13)! No. There’s something else going on here, and I think I know what it is. The real reason so many church leaders ignore bible prophecy is because they care more about what the world thinks than what God thinks.
They associate the study of bible prophecy with date setters and “kooks.” And they don’t want others to think they’re like that. It’s much easier (and a lot less controversial) to cover topics like “7 Ways to a Better Marriage” or “5 Ways to Live a Better Life Today” or “How to be Happy All the Time.”<!–more–>
The Pre-Tribulation Rapture is one of the most hated, scorned and mocked subjects one could address in the world today. Terry James, of Rapture Ready, once said something like, “It hits a nerve with Satan.” I believe that statement rests on the very pulse of the problem.
Shockingly, even in the Christian community, anticipation of the Rapture is often dismissed as a frivolous, useless waste of time. Often, those who study and share prophecy are mocked as thrill seekers and failures in sharing the gospel.
I’ll grant you that the gospel is sharing the good news of available salvation to all who come to Jesus Christ in genuine belief. It is the good news of being born again spiritually into the family of God by coming to the Father through His only begotten Son, the only way to the Father by the way. This is wonderful news to any who will listen and accept the message, but isn’t Jesus’ return for us also good news?…. [read more]

(Central Israel) — Wherever I travel and speak around the world, I’m asked about what Evangelical Christians believe about Israel and the future of the Jewish people and the Jewish State? I’m also asked about why Evangelicals love Israel so much, why we believe it’s so important, and what we believe about Bible prophecy.
These are questions I love to answer, and I especially loved sitting down recently in the Mahane Yehuda Market in Jerusalem with my dear friend, Greg Laurie, to discuss these topics for a TV program he was recording. Greg is a well-known pastor, Bible teacher and evangelist based in Orange County, California. He’s been to Israel numerous times, brings tour groups here often, and has been a speaker at one of our Epicenter Conferences.
Here’s a link to the 30 minute program that has been uploaded to YouTube. The videography is gorgeous, the story is fun to watch (especially…
