Forgiving Those Who Hurt You

I once heard the story of a girl who was sexually abused by her father for years. This caused the young woman to go down the wrong path in life. One day that woman walked past a church, when she walked in the pastor was preaching about forgiveness.

Forgiving Those Who Hurt You: Biblical Help Forgiving Those Who Hurt You: Biblical Help

He said that there was nothing we could do that God will not forgive us of. She had caused so much hurt to herself and others that she was so overwhelmed by the thought of being made new.

That day that woman gave her life to Christ and in her heart, she seeked to find her father who she had disowned for many years. When she finally found her father, her father saw her and tears filled his eyes as he fell on his knees and asked her to forgive him for what he had done. He shared with her that while in jail he had accepted Christ. She picked him up and said, “I forgive you, because God forgave me.”<!–more–>

A Life of Pure and Holy Sacrifice

A Life of Pure and Holy Sacrificeby Oswald Chambers

He who believes in Me…out of his heart will flow… —John 7:38

Jesus did not say, “He who believes in Me will realize all the blessings of the fullness of God,” but, in essence, “He who believes in Me will have everything he receives escape out of him.” Our Lord’s teaching was always anti-self-realization. His purpose is not the development of a person— His purpose is to make a person exactly like Himself, and the Son of God is characterized by self-expenditure. If we believe in Jesus, it is not what we gain but what He pours through us that really counts. God’s purpose is not simply to make us beautiful, plump grapes, but to make us grapes so that He may squeeze the sweetness out of us. Our spiritual life cannot be measured by success as the world measures it, but only by what God pours through us— and we cannot measure that at all.

When Mary of Bethany “broke the flask…of very costly oil…and poured it on [Jesus’] head,” it was an act for which no one else saw any special occasion; in fact, “…there were some who…said, ‘Why was this fragrant oil wasted?’ ” (Mark 14:3-4). But Jesus commended Mary for her extravagant act of devotion, and said, “…wherever this gospel is preached…what this woman has done will also be told as a memorial to her” (Mark 14:9). Our Lord is filled with overflowing joy whenever He sees any of us doing what Mary did— not being bound by a particular set of rules, but being totally surrendered to Him. God poured out the life of His Son “that the world through Him might be saved” (John 3:17). Are we prepared to pour out our lives for Him?

“He who believes in Me…out of his heart will flow rivers of living water”— and hundreds of other lives will be continually refreshed. Now is the time for us to break “the flask” of our lives, to stop seeking our own satisfaction, and to pour out our lives before Him. Our Lord is asking who of us will do it for Him?

Proverbs 16:24 Pleasant words are as a honeycomb, sweet to the mind and healing to the body.

Psalm 17:15 As for me, I will continue beholding Your face in righteousness (rightness, justice, and right standing with You); I shall be fully satisfied, when I awake [to find myself] beholding Your form [and having sweet communion with You].

Psalm 25:14 The secret [of the sweet, satisfying companionship] of the Lord have they who fear (revere and worship) Him, and He will show them His covenant and reveal to them its [deep, inner] meaning.

Psalm 27:4 One thing have I asked of the Lord, that will I seek, inquire for, and [insistently] require: that I may dwell in the house of the Lord [in His presence] all the days of my life, to behold and gaze upon the beauty [the sweet attractiveness and the delightful loveliness] of the Lord and to meditate, consider, and inquire in His temple.

News Updates – For The Love Of The Body Will Grow Cold

Matthew 24:12 And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold.

This is amazing to watch scripture come alive but at the same time it is very sad because we Believers know what is going to happen very soon. Here are some scriptures that coincide with this video and we have provided some material to read more about what is happening. We need to get our noses deeper into the Word of God, Read His word out loud, Pray every single day, Live His word and share His Love through our lives we live each day. We are to be disciples of Jesus Christ and teaching others!

Hebrews 5:13 For everyone who continues to feed on milk is obviously inexperienced and unskilled in the doctrine of righteousness (of conformity to the divine will in purpose, thought, and action), for he is a mere infant [not able to talk yet]!

1 Corinthians 3:2 I fed you with milk, not solid food, for you were not yet strong enough [to be ready for it]; but even yet you are not strong enough [to be ready for it],

Matthew 3:8 Bring forth fruit that is consistent with repentance [let your lives prove your change of heart];

Ecclesiastes 12:1 Remember [earnestly] also your Creator [that you are not your own, but His property now] in the days of your youth, before the evil days come or the years draw near when you will say [of physical pleasures], I have no enjoyment in them— 2 Before the sun and the light and the moon and the stars are darkened [sight is impaired], and the clouds [of depression] return after the rain [of tears]; 3 In the day when the keepers of the house [the hands and the arms] tremble, and the strong men [the feet and the knees] bow themselves, and the grinders [the molar teeth] cease because they are few, and those who look out of the windows [the eyes] are darkened;

Video News – Beware of Evil being called Good

Matthew 24:35 35 AMPC Sky and earth will pass away, but My words will not pass away.

Luke 18:15-17 And they brought unto him also infants, that he would touch them: but when his disciples saw it, they rebuked them. But Jesus called them unto him, and said, Suffer little children to come unto me, and forbid them not: for of such is the kingdom of God. Verily I say unto you, Whosoever shall not receive the kingdom of God as a little child shall in no wise enter therein.

Matthew 19:14 But Jesus said, Suffer little children, and forbid them not, to come unto me: for of such is the kingdom of heaven.

“What does the Bible say about child abuse?”
The Bible does not specifically use the term child abuse. What the Bible does tell us is this: children have a special place in God’s heart and anyone who harms a child is inviting God’s wrath upon himself. When Jesus’ disciples tried to keep children from coming to Jesus, He rebuked them and welcomed the children to His side, saying, “Let the little children come to me and do not hinder them for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these” (Mark 10:14). Then He took the children in His arms and blessed them (verse 16). The Bible promotes child blessing, not child abuse…. read more

Read Romans chapter 1 which are the very scriptures they hate!

From Romans 1 verses 16-32 you see a picture of:

  1. verse 23,25 – This is evolution
  2. verse 24 – This is the sexual revolution
  3. verse 26-27 – We are now living these scriptures that define homosexuality and this is doing away with God’s definition of marriage
  4. verse 28-31 – The very next step is – Society will become more ungodly because God has now given them over to a condemned mind which will do things that are not decent but loathsome to God
  5. verse 32 – They will not only do this themselves but will approve and want others to practice them (hint: they are after our children)

God is not wringing His hands wondering what to do about this! This is what He will do!

Romans 2:5 But by your callous stubbornness and impenitence of heart you are storing up wrath and indignation for yourself on the day of wrath and indignation, when God’s righteous judgment (just doom) will be revealed.

Luke 13 ESV Repent or Perish
1 There were some present at that very time who told him about the Galileans whose blood Pilate had mingled with their sacrifices. 2 And he answered them, “Do you think that these Galileans were worse sinners than all the other Galileans, because they suffered in this way? 3 No, I tell you; but unless you repent, you will all likewise perish. 4 Or those eighteen on whom the tower in Siloam fell and killed them: do you think that they were worse offenders than all the others who lived in Jerusalem? 5 No, I tell you; but unless you repent, you will all likewise perish.”
