When we eat the way God created us then our bodies function the way God made it. Learning to eat properly takes a lot of research and learning how to eat and what to eat, but a very simple way to start is with the basics. We strongly recommend that you buy food that is organic, non processed and Non-GMO. Find a local farmer that does not use chemicals or pesticides. An amazing video that was done by Info Wars in 2011 of just how bad the food is and it is not safe. Now it is 2017 can you imagine what the food is like now. Be careful what you put into your body.

My clients need to learn about food as they go along, because this will hold them accountable for what they eat. Each person is unique and one size does not fit all. Some gain weight when they eat meat and some lose weight when they eat meat. You will need to learn your body of what works and what does not. Staying away from chemical, GMO, and processed foods will make a huge difference in your body. This will take time, especially if you have eaten these foods for years. This is not a quick fix!
